Wine Tour to Johannisberg (Rheingau)

A comfortable coach will lead from Heidelberg to Johannisberg, to a Riesling wine tasting in the Rheingau. Depending on your mood, there are several wineries to choose from here.
Following a fortifying meal on the glassed-in veranda in the Schloss Johannisberg wine tavern, you will be invited on an exclusive wine tour by candlelight in the vaulted cellar of the castle. From the winemaker you will learn the history of Spätlese, which has its origin here, and he will tell you the specifics of the Johannisberg Riesling. In the late afternoon, after a refreshing walk through the vineyards, you will travel by bus back to Heidelberg.
